Hey, my name is Dennis. In a lot of ways I'm just like you. Worked every job under the sun from fast food to factories. One day, that factory closed its doors in a bad, bad economy, and it seemed the only place doing any hiring were pizza joints. So, what was a guy with no degree and a house payment going to do?
Factories were closing left and right in the 2008- 2009 timeframe. Fast food joints weren't doing a lot of hiring for my management experience level, nor paying what I needed.
House payments, insurance, car repair bills and credit card bills were coming due. I needed to do something, fast.
Back in the '90's I had delivered pizza, so I decided to try my hand at it again.
Not all pizza delivery chains are the same. I did some homework to figure out which ones were doing the best. A busier store and location meant that they were still selling pizzas. And pizzas meant TIP$.
That was enough to pay for my gas and some snacks to get me through the week.
I was getting better and better at delivering pizzas. About six months in to my delivery job, I discovered that a lot of the tips I was earning had nothing to do with pizza.
Are you, though? You may know all the side roads and quickest routes to get from A to B. Is that enough? Could you possibly be earning more?
But what if it were? What if I could teach you things you never even thought of... things that have absolutely nothing to do with pizza that you could be doing?
Well, the things I want to teach you have absolutely NOTHING to do with pizzas at all.
That's a good mentality to have, isn't it? They would see me getting all these deliveries to the nicest parts of the delivery area from pizza customers who were REQUESTING ME as their delivery driver.
Plenty
And you can too. Now, I can't guarantee you will, but I can teach you what I did and how I was killin' the competition, as it were.
I know you have absolutely no reason to trust me. And I can't convince you to trust me over the web.
No fake pix of me standing in front of some $120,000 shiny new red Corvette trying to convince you that your tips are going to be enough to afford expensive sports cars. (Not my car ------->)
Nope, no gimmicks here, and no, that's not me holding those bux!
They're the only way I could show the thousands of people just like you how to maximize their tips. I didn't want to write some boring blog that no one reads, or prints books that will never be seen at the library. No, I decided that it would be webinars, or nothing. This way, you can literally SEE me on your computer screen, and ask questions at the end.
Sometimes 90 minutes. They are very informative, and you are going to want to take notes. I conduct webinars on Mondays only.
Yeah, it costs money to run a website, pay for the hosting, the Zoom webinars and the advertising. So I charge $25 per person to attend one of my webinars. People will pay $15 for a worthless movie ticket that will end up giving them practically nothing in return, so $25 is more than fair for about 90 minutes of your time that can teach you so much about what you could be doing to earn more tips at the door.
It was time to redo my old YouTube video. It was about six years old. This newer one tells a little about me, how I came to start Pizza Pro and what you can expect to take away from my webinars.
At the end of the day, the main point I am trying to make is that I'm just like you. I was stuck spinning my wheels until I learned how to change my entire outlook. I re-wrote the rules that governed my life and started to make my way to success in my own lane, doin' it my way.
I decided to record a 30-minute video where I spill the beans on some of the tips that I go over in my webinar.
First, I discuss how I selected the pizza chain location to apply at. The follow-up talks a little about the politics inside the store that you may experience. I then keep reinforcing the concept of delivering value to your customers. Anyone can walk up to the door and hand a box full of pizza. Your goal is to earn your customer's trust. That's the key to earning stratospheric tips!
In this final video I reveal the end game of all this. The end game is using your built-up pizza customer base as future customers for a new business that you might start up.
